INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

*1 SERVING

PREPARATION

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the diced onion and cook until it is translucent.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet and cook until they are tender.
  • Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook until it is no longer pink.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
