This meal is great for dinner but also lunch depending on your desires and goals. A simple meal filled with macro and micro nutrients. Add some veggies to your liking for additional flavor combinations.

INGREDIENTS



  • 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast(UNCOOKED WEIGHT)
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

*1 SERVING

PREPARATIONS: 

 

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through.
  • Pierce the sweet potato with a fork a few times and microwave it on high for 5-6 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
