INGREDIENTS
- 10 pieces chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce

PREPARATIONS
1.In a bowl, mix together the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Marinate the chicken wings in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
2.Place the marinated chicken wings in the fryer basket and bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C/355°F until the chicken wings are crispy and golden. Flip the chicken wings over halfway.
3.Once the chicken wings are done, mix them with barbecue sauce and hot sauce in a separate bowl while they are still hot.
4.Serve and enjoy.
