  • 1 avocado
  • 7 1⁄2 oz canned wild salmon (drained)
  • 2 tbsps. lemon juice
  • sea salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 slices light rye crisp bread

PREPARATIONS

  • In a bowl, mash together the avocado, salmon, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the mixture onto the crisp bread and enjoy!
