INGREDIENTS
- 100 mL sparkling water
- 400 g turkey breast (uncooked weight), slice into 0.5 cm thick whole pieces
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper for serving
Optional:
- Salad greens
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice

PREPARATIONS
- In a large bowl, mix the sparkling water, olive oil, salt, and spices. Put the turkey breast in a bowl. Cover the lid of the bowl. Marinate it for about a minimum of an hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat the cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat. Place the marinated turkey breast over the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the grill marks appear on both sides and the edges completely turn white.
- Rest for 2 minutes after the turkey breasts are cooked. Then slice them into thick strips and serve with the basic salad you chose
