A very simple 4 ingredient protein pancake to make your breakfast very enjoyable. Try adding fruit or breakfast meet for added benefits and nutrients.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

PREPARATIONS

  • In a blender, combine the banana, eggs, rolled oats, and vanilla protein powder.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter onto the skillet to make 2-3 pancakes.
  • Cook until the edges start to set, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Optional: Add berries on top for added flavor and benefits
