  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons salsa

PREPARATIONS

  • In a small skillet, cook the egg to your liking.
  • Heat the black beans in the microwave or on the stove.
  • On the tortilla, layer the cooked egg, heated black beans, sliced avocado, and salsa.
