Creamy Peanut Butter Souffle

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

PREPARATIONS

  • Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites in a large bowl until they form stiff peaks.
  • Mix peanut butter and maple syrup in a separate bowl. Then, gradually fold in the peanut butter and maple mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
  • Grease two souffle dishes with butter and dust them with cocoa powder.
  • Divide the mixture between the two dishes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 355°F/180°C for 15 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
