2.0 Lifestyle App Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy **Effective date: July 28, 2026** This Privacy Policy explains how 2.0 LIFESTYLE LLC, ("2.0 Lifestyle," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 54857 Sunset Ct, Osceola, Indiana 46561, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the 2.0 Lifestyle mobile application (the "App"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. By using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

# 1. Information We Collect

**1.1 Account information.**: When you create an account: your email address and password (passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider), and your first and last name if you provide them

.**1.2 Profile and body information you provide.** Height, current weight and weight history, goal weight, body fat estimates, body measurements (such as waist, chest, arms), primary fitness goal, preferred units, daily step and water targets, and date-of-birth or age-related details if you provide them.

**1.3 Health and fitness activity you log in the App.** Workouts performed, sets, reps, weights lifted, personal records, workout duration and history; foods logged, meals, calories and macronutrients; habit completion; supplement tracking; water and sleep entries; training plan and meal plan activity; and your 2.0 Score, which we calculate from this activity.

**1.4 Progress photos.** If you choose to upload progress photos, we store them so you can view, compare, and share them and, if you have a coach, so your coach can view them (see Section 3).

**1.5 Coaching content.** If you are connected with a coach: your responses to check-in forms your coach assigns, and messages you exchange with your coach in the App.

**1.6 Health platform data (with your permission).** If you enable the integration, we read data from Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS or Health Connect on Android — such as step counts, sleep, and workout data — and may write workout data back. We also may use your device's motion/pedometer sensor for step counting. You control these permissions in your device settings and can revoke them at any time.

**Apple HealthKit and Health Connect commitments:** data obtained through these integrations is used only to provide App features (such as step tracking, sleep display, and the 2.0 Score). We do not use HealthKit or Health Connect data for advertising or marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except service providers processing it on our behalf to run the App, as required by Apple's and Google's policies.

**1.7 Purchase information.** If you subscribe, our subscription infrastructure provider (RevenueCat) and the applicable payment platform (Apple, Google, or Stripe for web purchases) process the transaction. We receive subscription status, product, price, currency, and transaction identifiers.

**We never receive or store your full payment card number.****1.8 Device and technical information.** Device type and operating system version, app version, push notification tokens (if you enable notifications), language and timezone, and diagnostic information such as crash logs and error reports.

**1.9 Communications.** Emails you send to support, and your notification preferences.We do not collect precise location. The App contains no third-party advertising and no advertising trackers.

# 2. How We Use Information: We use the information above to: create and secure your account; provide App features (workout tracking, nutrition logging, plans, habit and supplement tracking, progress tracking, the 2.0 Score); enable coaching relationships you enter into; process and manage subscriptions and entitlements; send push notifications you have enabled (such as workout reminders, streaks, and coach messages); send service emails (verification, password reset, billing); send marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); provide support; monitor, debug, and improve the App, including analyzing aggregated usage; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health data, photos, or logs for advertising.

# 3. Coach Access to Your Information: If you are connected with a coach in the App, that coach can view information relevant to coaching you, which may include: your profile details and goals; workout activity and history; nutrition logs and meal plan activity; habit and supplement tracking; body metrics including weight history and measurements; progress photos you upload; your form/check-in responses; and your messages with them. Coaches are permitted to use this information only to provide coaching through the App. If your coaching relationship ends, the coach's access ends, but content already exchanged (such as past messages) may remain in message history.

# 4. How We Share Information: We share personal information only with:**Service providers (processors)** that run the App on our behalf, under agreements limiting their use of your data:-**Supabase** — database, authentication, and file storage (hosts your account, logs, photos, and app data)-**RevenueCat** — subscription management and entitlement status across Apple, Google, and web purchases-**Stripe** — payment processing for web checkout purchases-**Apple** and **Google** — app distribution, in-app purchase processing, push notification delivery, and (if enabled) HealthKit / Health Connect-**Expo** — push notification delivery infrastructure and app services-**Sentry** — crash and error reporting (if/when enabled in the App)-**Klaviyo** — email delivery for marketing communications you have opted into

**Your coach**, as described in Section 3.**Legal and safety**: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, or 2.0 Lifestyle.**Business transfers**: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

# 5. Data Retention: We retain your information while your account is active. Specific notes: workout, nutrition, and progress history is retained so the App can show your long-term progress; messages and form responses are retained as part of coaching history; purchase records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance. If you delete your account (Section 7), we delete or de-identify your personal information, except data we must retain for legal, security, or accounting purposes, and residual copies in backups that are deleted on our backup rotation schedule.

# 6. Security: We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage with our hosting provider, row-level access controls so users and coaches can access only data they are authorized to see, and hashed passwords. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

# 7. Your Choices and Rights

**Access and correction.**: You can view and edit most of your information directly in the App (Profile and settings).

**Account deletion.** You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time in the App: Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You may also request deletion by emailing support@the2.0lifestyle.com.

**Permissions.** You can revoke notification, motion, Apple Health, and Health Connect permissions at any time in your device settings.

**Marketing emails.** You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Service emails (such as billing and password reset) will still be sent.

**Subscriptions.** Manage or cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, or, for web purchases, through the subscription management link in your billing emails.

**U.S. state privacy rights.** Depending on your state (including California), you may have rights to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and to receive information about our data practices. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. To exercise rights, email support@the2.0lifestyle.com; we will verify your request via your account email.

**Other jurisdictions.** If you use the App from a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights (for example the EEA or UK), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data and to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are performance of our contract with you (providing the App), your consent (for example health platform integrations and marketing emails, which you may withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interests in securing and improving the App.

# 8. Children: The App is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 . If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact support@the2.0lifestyle.com.

# 9. International Users: We are based in the United States and process and store information in the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

# 10. Changes to This Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
