Great treat without all the guilt. Try this when you are craving something sweet but don't want to fall completely off your plan. 

1 Serving: Calories: 305 | Protein: 8g | Fats: 13g | Carbs: 47g

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 6 medjool dates (60 g)
  • 1 large banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp carob powder
  • 2 tbsp whey protein powder
  • 30 g peanut
  • 1/3 cup oat
  • ¼ cup cacao powder

*FOR 1 SERVING

PREPARATIONS

  • Put peanut butter, dates, mashed banana, ground flaxseed, ground carob and whey protein into the food processor and blend well until they are in paste form.
  • Add peanuts and oats into the paste and fold it.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking paper-lined plate and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut pieces of the desired size from the well-chilled mixture and dip them in cocoa until they are well coated.
